Our Installation process includes the following:

4 A visual inspection including laser level measurements are taken to accurately verify
the foundation repair zone.

4 3'x4' excavation is made adjacent to the foundation and approximately 14" below the concrete foundation.

4 The foundation is chiseled flush to ensure proper fit of support bracket.

4 Large galvanized brackets are installed and a guide sleeve is advanced through the support bracket.

4 The 12” helical lead shaft and subsequent pier sections are driven to deep load bearing layers that provide up to 50,000 pounds of support.

4 The last pier section is cut approximately 5" above the support bracket and a fastening plate is installed on top of the pier column.

4 The lifting process begins with individual pier/bracket system operated to raise the repair zone.

4 When the structure has been raised to the desired height the fastening plates and support bracket are permanently attached to the pier column.

4 Installation information such as depth, pressure and elevation readings are recorded for each pier.

4 The excavated soil is replaced and compacted.

4 Shrubbery and concrete removed for the pier installation is replaced.
